The title "Honored Artist of the Russian Federation" was awarded to the opera singer, art director of the Elena Obraztsova International Academy of Music Ildar Abdrazakov.

The corresponding decree, signed by Vladimir Putin, was published on the official portal of legal information on Monday, March 15.

Our renowned fellow countryman Ildar Abdrazakov is the People's Artist of Bashkortostan and Tatarstan.
