Star with Bashkir name appeared in constellation Pegasus

A star named Akbuzat appeared in the constellation Pegasus.

Henceforth, the fifteenth largest celestial body is named after the Bashkir winged horse - the hero of the folk epic of the same name.

The certificate was received by the editorial board of the "Akbuzat" magazine. It is a Russian monthly literary and art magazine for preschool and primary school children in the Bashkir language.

The star was named in honor of the 30th anniversary of the magazine, recognized by the Association of National Mass Media as one of the best ethnic publications in Russia.
