Bashkiria artist reached final of Volga District Street Art Festival
The Graffiti "Doctor City", which recently appeared in Bashkortostan, became a finalist of the Street Art Festival of the Volga Federal District "FormART". Mansur Ziyaev is the author of the graffiti.
As previously reported by Bashinform News Agency, the graffiti is located in the city of Neftekamsk on Karl Marx Street 29. It is dedicated to medical professionals who make a huge contribution to the fight against coronavirus infection. According to the artist, "this work reminds us that we all need protection and care."
The winners will be determined by voting, which will last until October 30, 2020. Winners and prize-winners of the final stage will receive cash grants for the development of creativity.
Recall that the Volga Federal District Street Art Festival is aimed at developing street art, supporting young artists' creativity, making a modern urban environment, and new cultural codes in the district's regions.
