"Little Sister" film won ECFA Jury Prize at International Film Festival in Germany

"The Little Sister" film was awarded the ECFA Jury Prize at the 25th Schlingel International Film Festival for Children and Young People in Germany.
Every year the festival shows about 150 films from all over the world for children and adolescents of different ages.
The ECFA (European Children's Film Association) Jury Prize nominates "The Little Sister" for the ECFA Best European Children's Film of 2021, the only European Children's Film Awards voted by film industry professionals.
About 150 organizations from 41 countries take part in the voting. The ECFA jury presents its prizes at the 18 largest children's film festivals in Europe.
The war drama "The Little Sister" was filmed by the "Motor Film Studio" film company with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Mustai Karim Foundation. It was released on September 19, 2019, for the 100th anniversary of the birth of the national poet of Bashkortostan Mustai Karim.
Screenings of "The Little Sister" took place within the framework of film festivals in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Plyos, Yalta, Svetlogorsk, Vyborg, Volokolamsk, Smolensk, Veliky Novgorod, Tyumen, Vladimir, Tambov, and near Tuapse. Also, special screenings of the picture were held in London, Brussels, and Vienna.
The film received the Grand Prix of the 4th Yalta International Film Festival "Eurasian Bridge", the Audience Award and a III degree diploma at the 23rd All-Russian Festival of Visual Arts at the All-Russian Children's Center "Orlyonok", the Grand Prix and the Audience Award at the 16th International Charity Film Festival "Radiant Angel", The Audience Award at the 16th International Festival of Military-Patriotic Film "Volokolamsk Frontier", the prize for the best full-length feature film at the 6th International Festival of Children's and Family Cinema "Zero Plus", the prize for the best children film at the Aleksey Batalov Film Festival "Cranes", Grand Prix of the 15th International Orthodox Sretensky Film Festival "Vstrecha".
