Northern capital will host "Bashkir Beauty of St. Petersburg - 2020" contest

On October 9, in the northern capital, in the Atlant Youth House, the "Bashkir Beauty of St. Petersburg - 2020" contest will take place. Nine finalists will take part in it - these are Bashkir girls from 18 to 27 years old, living in St. Petersburg. Among them, there are representatives of the city of Sterlitamak, Gafuriyskiy, Baimakskiy, Kugarchinskiy districts, Orenburg region.

As the organizer of the competition Nazifa Isyanbayeva told the Bashinform News Agency, each of the contestants is an interesting personality. The Ibragimov sisters are multiple winners of city and regional boxing competitions. Albina Rakhimova graduated from the St. Petersburg Conservatory in piano. Since the age of 17, she has been working in her native school of arts; now she combines the work of a principal, teacher, and accompanist. Ilsia Kuznetsova runs her own YouTube channel - the Art-Invasion project about fine art and artists. Aygiza Khalikova works in a medical center; she has climbed Mount Iremel during a blizzard. Aisara Iskandarova plays the guitar and sings songs of her own composition.

The actors, screenwriters, and hosts of the final show are adolescents and young people - such a cultural project became possible due to the cooperation of the Bashkir Youth Association "Amanat" with the Congress (Kurultay) of the Bashkirs of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region together with the St. Petersburg Teenage and Youth Center "Kalininsky".
