Project of hiking trail marking of Gadelsha waterfall won All-Russian competition

The project on marking the hiking trail to the Gadelsha Falls “Volunteers in Action” became the winner of the All-Russian contest. Sibay journalist Danil Abdulgazin reported this.

The project was the only one from the Republic of Bashkortostan to win this competition. It received 213 thousand rubles as support for the organization of marking the hiking trail. As part of the project, signs and banners with diagrams will be installed throughout the trail.

The project was developed by Marina Khilalova, deputy director for the educational work of the Sibay boarding school. Volunteers of the Argymak team Z. Yalmanbetov, A. Abdisov, A. Aetbaev, A. Karimov, G. Garifullin, E. Usmanov underwent design training.

Gadelsha - the largest waterfall in Bashkiria, is located in the Baymak district, about 20 kilometers from the Old Sibay village and the infamous Sibay quarry, on the eastern slope of the beautiful mountain range Irendyk in the upper reaches of the Khudolaz River. The three-cascade waterfall Gadelsha (Ibragimovsky) is included in the register of natural monuments and is a specially protected natural area. The total height of the waterfall is approximately 15 meters.

The waterfall is very popular with tourists, whole families come here, with children. The path to the waterfall is quite easy and accessible, even to a small child.
