National Folk Instruments Orchestra compositions hit European collections

Compositions based on the Bashkir folk songs “Khan Kyzy” and “Ural” of the National Orchestra of Folk Instruments were included in the European collections “Savoring the Silence Chill Out” and “Oriental Magic Lounge”. They were released by the AFARIN Records publishing house, the press service of the Bashkir Philharmonic Society informs.
“Our orchestral Bashkir music has appeared in the European cultural space along with the major names of world music. This is what we were heading for!” the Minister of Culture RB Amina Shafikova commented on to the Bashinform News Agency.
The collaboration of the National Orchestra of Folk Instruments with the AFARIN Records publishing house began about two years ago.
“With the director of the publishing house, composer and producer Marat Fayzullin (Taturas) we released our disc “Music Born By The Wind”. This event had a wide response. We are very pleased with our fruitful cooperation,” says art director and chief conductor of the team, Linar Davletbaev.
