Gulnaz Galimullina presents "Bashkir Proverbs and Sayings" project

Gulnaz Galimullina Bashkir photo-artist living in Moscow presents a new project - the "Bashkir Proverbs and Sayings" calendar. Bashkir proverbs were selected for the calendar for 2020/2021, as well as their analogs in Russian and English. The visualization uses popular images and symbols that everyone understands.

The linguist Dilya Khizbullina, artist Gulnaz Isyangulova, designer Natalia Kozhinova, model Ilmira Mutalova took part in the project.

As the author noted, this is the first part of a large photo project. The project is being created on the eve of the International Mother Language Day and the World Folkloriada, which this year takes place in Russia, namely in Bashkortostan.
