Bashkir Opera soloists will sing live on social media on World Opera Day

The Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theater joins an initiative of the organizations of Opera America, Opera Europe, and Opera Latin America, unanimously supported by all well-known national and international cultural organizations.

Within the framework of World Opera Day on October 25, #BashOpera organizes live broadcasts on social media (Instagram, Facebook, VKontakte) with the soloists of the theater's opera troupe.

The campaign takes place on the birthday of Georges Bizet and Johann Strauss. For the first time in history, a flash mob dedicated to the International Opera Day will be held, in which all the most famous opera houses of the world will take part.

The main objective of the project is to increase the prestige of opera in the modern world.
