Acting Head RB Radiy Khabirov rewarded prominent violinist and conductor, national USSR and Bashkortostan artist Vladimir Spivakov with Salavat Yulaev order. The awarding ceremony has taken place within the frames of the IV international Vladimir Spivakov’s festival in Ufa. On behalf of millions of Bashkir residents, the Head of the Republic congratulated maestro with the 75th anniversary, celebrated by M-r Spivakov on September 12. “I’m wishing you strong health, creative longevity and let your musical talent make connoisseurs of art happy still in the course of many years. Great thanks for your care of young talented musicians, from whom you make the first top stars”, Radiy Khabirov said.
