Maestro Vladimir Spivakov was awarded "For Merit to the Fatherland" Order

Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded the conductor Vladimir Spivakov the Order of Merit to the Fatherland, of the I degree. The corresponding decree of the head of state was published on August 13 on the official Internet portal of legal information. The text of the document says that the award is given "for a great contribution to the development of national culture and art, many years of fruitful activity".
Vladimir Spivakov is a famous violinist and conductor, art director of two bright and successful groups - the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia and the State Chamber Orchestra "Moscow Virtuosi", People's Artist of the USSR, People's Artist of Bashkortostan, UNESCO Peace Artist, author of a book.
On the eve of the 100th anniversary of Bashkortostan, the maestro gave an interview to a journalist of the Bashinform News Agency.
On September 17, 18 and 19, the 4th All-Russian festival “Vladimir Spivakov Invites ...” will be held at the Ufa State Concert Hall “Bashkortostan”. The main participant of the festival is the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia under the leadership of Vladimir Spivakov. The festival is carried out as part of the All-Russian Philharmonic Seasons program with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the administration of Ufa.
