Ufa song and dance ensemble "Miras" will perform at festivals in Bulgaria

The Ufa “Miras” folklore ensemble will perform at international festivals in Bulgaria.

Miras already has extensive experience in participating in international projects and has repeatedly represented Russia and Bashkiria on the world stage. The Miras team will show the brightest performances representing not only Bashkir but also Russian culture, with a variety of folk instruments of the orchestra at the 12th International Folklore Festival "Veliko Tarnovo" and 28th International Folklore Festival "Varna". The ensemble fulfills the main condition of the events - the music is played without the use of phonograms.

The 12th International Folklore Festival "Veliko Tarnovo" is a prestigious event that has become a significant and traditional part of the cultural life of the ancient capital since 1998. From the very beginning, the festival is held under the auspices of the International Council of Organizations Of Folklore Festivals And Folk Arts (CIOFF).

Veliko Tarnovo is the ancient capital of Bulgaria. Every year the best music and dance folklore ensembles from all over the world come to Bulgaria and become part of an enormous folklore fiesta in the most beautiful Bulgarian city. This year, the event will bring together teams from Argentina, Egypt, South Africa, China, Colombia, Panama, Russia, and Bulgaria.
