Bashkir Opera Director Philip Razenkov was awarded "Golden Mask"

The chief director of the Bashkir Opera and Ballet Theater, Philip Razenkov, received a Golden Mask Award as the best director for the production of the "Roman Holiday" musical at the Novosibirsk Musical Comedy Theater. The musical also received the Golden Mask as the best performance. The 25th award ceremony took place at the Bolshoi Theater.

Philip Razenkov arrived in Ufa from Izhevsk in 2017. He is a student of Dmitry Bertman (head of the Helikon-Opera Theater). He staged "The Maid of Orleans", "The Tsar's Bride" operas at the Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theater.
