Bashkir Culture Days of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District - Ugra will be held in Bashkortostan

On April 18-19, Days of Bashkir Culture of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District - Ugra will be held in the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The "Bashkirs of Khanty-Mansi District - Ugra: history and modernity" round table, an extended meeting with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Education RB, the Agency for the Press and Mass Media, the State Committee RB on Foreign Economic Relations; exhibitions, excursions will be organized as part of the event.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Culture RB, members of the delegation will familiarize themselves with the sights of Ufa, visit museums, theaters, educational institutions, lay flowers at the monuments of Mustai Karim and Salavat Yulaev.

The official opening of the Days of Bashkir Culture of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District in the Republic of Bashkortostan will be held at the National Museum of Bashkortostan, beginning at 9.15. The signing of the Agreement between the administrations of the Surgut and Ishimbay districts will also be held here. The official closing of the event will be held at 19.00 on April 19 and will end with a gala concert. Representatives of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District - Ugra will transfer a banner of the Interregional project to the next region.

The “Days of Culture of the Bashkirs of the Russian Federation Regions” interregional project has been implemented since 2013. Representatives of the Chelyabinsk, Orenburg, Saratov, Samara regions, the Perm Territory and the Republic of Tatarstan have already taken part in the project.
