"Women's Film of Bashkortostan" will be shown at feminist festival in Ufa

On March 8, the 2nd Film Festival "Women's Film of Bashkortostan" will be held at the Ufa "Oblaka" center. The festival will take place as part of a FemBairam, the first feminist festival.
The founders of the festival are the Bishbarmak-Cinema film studio, the Center for Contemporary Directing and Dramatic Art of Bashkortostan, the Khomai defile studio with the participation of the Union of Cinematographers of the Republic. This year the festival is held by the BashFem group.
The program of the 2nd Film Festival "Women's Films of Bashkortostan" includes:
- a pre-show of the animated film by Anna Malginova “Chicken-Lipstick”;
- a documentary film by Kirsten Gaynet “Theater of the Seven Girls”;
- a feature film by Farzana Utarbaeva "Savage";
- a documentary by Aigul Utaganova “Nukhrat”.
A trailer of the film by Bulat Yusupov "First Republic" will also be presented there. An actress Lilia Iskuzhina will tell about the image of the writer Khadia Davletshina she created.
The film festival program will be on display at the Malina conference hall from 2 to 4 pm.
