Bolshoi Theater premier Mikhail Lobukhin will perform Spartacus part in Khachaturian's ballet in Ufa

The premier dancer of the Bolshoi Theater, Honored Artist of Russia Mikhail Lobukhin will perform in Ufa. On February 22 he will appear on the stage of the Bashkir Opera and Ballet Theater as Spartacus in the ballet of the same name by Aram Khachaturian, staged by Yuri Grigorovich.

The lead parts in the ballet will be performed by the honored artist of Bashkortostan, the winner of the All-Russian competitions and the diploma holder of international competitions Valeria Isaeva (Phrygia), the winner of the 15th E. Maximova Open Russian Ballet Competition "Arabesque-2018" Sofia Gavryushina (Aegina), Sergey Bikbulatov (Crassus), Honored Artist of Bashkortostan Ruslan Abulkhanov (Gladiator). Herman Kim, the Honored Art Worker of Bashkortostan will conduct the performance.

The "Spartacus" ballet is the sixth production of the outstanding choreographer Yuri Grigorovich in the Bashkir theater, which premiered in 2013.
