"Born in Bashkortostan" gala concert will be held in Moscow by 100th anniversary of republic

In 2019, the Republic of Bashkortostan celebrates its 100th anniversary. Large-scale holiday projects in honor of a significant date in the history of Russian federalism are planned not only in the region but also in the capital, Moscow.

On March 6, the Moscow International House of Music will host a gala concert "Born in Bashkortostan". The National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia, conducted by our famous countryman, leading violin virtuoso and conductor, UNESCO World Artist, People’s Artist of the USSR Vladimir Spivakov will be on stage during the whole gala concert.

The Golden Clarinet of Russia, soloist of the Moscow Regional Philharmonic Society, Honored Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan Artur Naziullin, cellist, Honored Artist of Bashkortostan Rustem Hamidullin, a young musician and composer, winner of the Grand Prix at the 2nd Moscow International Piano Competition Vladimir Kraynev, will perform in the anniversary program with the orchestra.

The festive program will feature the world-famous stars of the world opera scene - People’s Artist of Bashkortostan and Tatarstan, holder of the Order of Friendship of Peoples of Bashkortostan, laureate of the Russian National Theater Award “Golden Mask”, twice Grammy Award winner Ildar Abdrazakov, People’s Artist Bashkortostan, soloist of the Mariinsky Theater, Askar Abdrazakov, soloist of the Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theater, winner of the Golden Mask award Dilara Idrisova.

Bashkir national art will be presented by the famous kurai player virtuoso, People's Artist of Bashkortostan Robert Yuldashev.

The special guest of the program will be the owner of the Grand Prix at the 2nd International Violin Competition Vladimir Spivakov, laureate of international competitions, violinist Maria Duenas from Spain.

Before a concert in the foyer of the Moscow House of Music, the young talents of Bashkortostan will demonstrate their talents and achievements - the scholars of the Vladimir Spivakov Charity Foundation.
