Ufa is preparing to host Ildar Abdrazakov II International Music Festival

From March 12 to March 24, the Ildar Abdrazakov International Music Festival will be held in Moscow, Ufa, Almetyevsk, and Kazan. Ildar Abdrazakov will present the second festival season to residents of four cities of the Russian Federation at once and will unite about five thousand spectators. The artist will take part in all the events of the festival program. The festival is organized by the Foundation for the Support and Promotion of Young Talents in the Field of Art, founded by the world-famous opera singer.
In the new season, it is planned to significantly expand not only the number of participants but also the geography of the festival. The opening ceremony of the Ildar Abdrazakov II International Festival will take place in Ufa on March 13, 2019 with the participation of the famous baritone, art director of the Festival, guest soloist of the Bolshoi Theater of Russia, Milan Theater La Scala - Vasily Ladyuk, and also will bring together talented performers from youth programs of vocal academies of Europe .
On March 19, 2019, a concert will take place on the stage of the Moscow Zaryadie Hall with the participation of the art director of the festival Ildar Abdrazakov and one of the most recognized tenors bel canto of our time, Lawrence Brownlee (USA). Lawrence Brownlee is the winner of the International Opera Awards in the "Best Singer" category and is a Grammy Award nominee. The concert will be accompanied by the New Russia State Symphony Orchestra. Conductor - Claudio Vandelli (Italy).
The educational project gives young singers not only a possibility of creative self-realization, participation in master classes, but also an invaluable experience of performing at major concert venues along with the stars of the world stage. The festival will continue with a series of solo concerts by Ildar Abdrazakov “Verdi Gala” in Kazan on March 23 and in Almetyevsk on March 24. Both concerts will be accompanied by the State Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Alexander Sladkovsky at the conductor's stand.
