Ufa soloist will open International Opera Festival Apriori in Moscow

A native of Bashkortostan, one of the most famous baroque singers in Europe, winner of the Debut-2016, Golden Mask awards, the Onegin National Opera Award, Dilyara Idrisova, the soloist of the Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theater, will open the Opera Apriori International Vocal Music Festival in Moscow, which will be held from February to June 2019.
It features a diverse repertoire of vocal music from the Baroque to the present day. The festival will start on February 19 with a chamber concert dedicated to the Year of Music of Great Britain in Russia, in the Anglican Church of St. Andrew. Dilyara Idrisova, together with the famous Russian-Lithuanian pianist Lukas Genyushas, will perform secular and spiritual works by G.F. Handel - arias from the operas "Julius Caesar in Egypt", "Alexander", "Agrippina", "Hercules" and arias from the "Messiah" oratorio. The special guest of the concert is a laureate of international competitions, winner of the Grand Prix of the French International Competition named after M. Long, J. Thibault and R. Crespin violinist Aylen Pritchin.
Dilyara Idrisova will also perform at the closing of the festival: on June 14, for the first time in Russia, the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall will show the Sigismund, King of Poland opera by the Roman Baroque composer Leonardo Vinci. The international composition of singers from Austria, Ukraine, Belgium, Poland, Russia, and Great Britain, together with Dilyara Idrisova, famous solo performers and the Polish ensemble Historical Orchestra will appear on the stage of this hall. The concert will be held with the support of the Adam Mickiewicz Institute (Poland), the head of the Plenipotentiary Representative Office RB under the President of the Russian Federation Gulchachak Hannanova reports.
