Bashkir Philharmonic Society announced Pink Panther Festival headliners - 2019

On April 5-7, the Pink Panther International Jazz Festival will take place in Ufa. This year the traditional music forum will be held for the 23rd time.

According to the press service of the Bashkir State Philharmonic Society, this year the festival will be attended by musicians of the Russian and world level. This is a participant of the show project of the First Channel "Voice-3" Sofia Rubina-Hunter (Estonia). The Ufa spectators will again listen to the leader of the young generation of jazz musicians - Peter Vostokov (trumpet/Moscow).

The headliner of the project is an American saxophonist Ray Blue. The jazz vocal will be presented by the singer from Finland Bianco Morales, who has already appeared before the Ufa audience. The bright European team - the Franz Hellmüller Trio from Switzerland will perform (guitar/ double bass/drums). for the first time in the capital of Bashkortostan.

Bashkir jazz will be presented by Oleg Kireev and the Orlan ensemble. The three-day big band of Oleg Kasimov will become an instrumental basis of the jazz festival on the stage of the Bashkir Philharmonic Society.

The gala concert of the International Pink Panther jazz festival will be held on April 7th. This evening will feature only the best names and the best performances of the international festival. According to the tradition, jam sessions will be held every evening in the Ufa Jazz Club.
