"Cultural Environment" and "Creative People" projects will be implemented in Bashkiria

In Bashkortostan, the “Cultural Environment”, “Creative People” and “Digital Culture” projects are formed. This was stated by the Minister of Culture Amina Shafikova at the 4th republican meeting on culture issues.
The projects were created based on the presidential decree of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin “On the national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024” and are designed for six years - from January 1, 2019, to December 31, 2024. The relevant government resolutions were signed by the Acting Head of the republic Radiy Khabirov. A detailed profile is attached to each document.
Thus, according to the “Creative People” project profile, a creation of a Youth Symphony Orchestra, a renovation of the National Museum through the construction of fund storage, festivals and competitions holding, grant support of creative teams in the field of culture, creation and implementation of cultural educational programs are provided for in Bashkortostan. For the implementation of all points of the project, 1.119 billion rubles will be needed, including 30 million from the federal budget, 1.030 billion from the national budget and 58 million from the municipal budgets.
The "Cultural Environment" project supposes industry infrastructure development. Until 2024, the creation of a center for cultural development in Sibay, the reconstruction of the Bashkir Puppet Theater and the National Youth Theater, the renovation of 27 regional and municipal cultural institutions, the provision of 128 educational institutions of culture with necessary equipment, tools and materials, the creation, reconstruction and overhaul of 26 cultural and leisure facilities, provision of rural residents with 10 car clubs, creating 10 municipal libraries, equipping 12 cinema halls are planned. Total, the implementation of the Cultural Environment project will require 5.174 billion rubles.
The "Digital Culture" project involves the digitalization of services and the formation of the information space in the field of culture. The project's tasks include the creation of new virtual concert halls at cultural institutions, multimedia guides for exhibition projects, the organization of online broadcasts, digitization of books from the collections of the National Library. This project requires funds in the amount of 52 million rubles.
