Bashkir Opera chief conductor Artem Makarov will take part in Epiphany Festival

The annual Epiphany Festival will be held in Moscow from January 15 to February 3, 2019. This time the title and the theme of the festival will be the “Chief Conductor”.

Nine operas and concerts will be presented on the stage of the New Opera Theater named after E. Kolobov. The chief conductors of various opera houses and orchestras will stand on the podium of the New Opera orchestra. Among them there are the chief conductors of the Perm Academic Opera and Ballet Theater, Valentin Uryupin, the Chief Conductor of the New Opera, Jan Latham-König, the Chief Conductor of the Calabrian Philharmonic Orchestra, Filippo Arlia (Italy), the Chief Conductor of the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Academic Musical Theater Felix Korobov, the Chief Conductor of the Odessa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater Alexander Samoile.
