Ufa native - singer Zemfira released her first song in five years
UFA, 4 September 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. The Ufa native – the singer Zemfira has presented her first song for the last five years on September 4, TASS informs.
The "Joseph" song is written to fragments from two poems by Joseph Brodsky - "New Stanzas to Augusta" and "Rumyantseva's Victories", is described in the description for the song on the "Yandex.Music" service.
In August, Zemfira reported that she decided to record a new album. She also noted that she was no longer keen on her concert performances.
"I realized that I do not want to play concerts, but I love music," she said.
Zemfira Ramazanova is a Russian rock singer, musician, and composer. Many of her songs reached the top lines of the Russian music charts.
The last studio album by Zemfira "Live in your Head" was released in 2013.
