Five participants of "Rudy Dance Lab" Choreographic Workshop first season were defined in Ufa

In Ufa, five participants of the first season of the "Rudy Dance Lab" choreographic workshop were identified. They are Alexei Rastorguev, Arina Panfilova, Anton Kochnev, Denis Boroditsky and Yuri Gudushauri, the press service of the Bashkir Opera and Ballet Theater reported.

Rehearsals of the First International Choreographic Workshop "Rudy Dance Lab" started in Ufa. More than 30 applications from choreographers living in Russia and abroad were sent to the competition.

The "Rudy Dance Lab" project is aimed at Bashkir, Russian and world ballet art development. The curator and art director of the choreographic studio is the famous choreographer and ballet dancer, resident of the "London Russian Ballet School" Dmitry Antipov.

One of the conditions for the organizers of the project in the first season of the laboratory was a presentation of a short author's production on the theme of Bashkir fairy tales and legends.

All the performances of the "Rudy Dance Lab" first season will be presented at a gala concert, as well as at one of the evenings of the Rudolf Nureyev International Festival of Ballet Art in the new creative season of the Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theater.
