Argymak ethno-rock band will represent our republic at "Music of World" International Festival

UFA, 2 August 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. The Bashkir Argymak ethno-rock band will represent our republic at the 3rd International Festival "Music of the World" in St. Petersburg.

The annual ethnic festival "Music of the World" will be held at the Sheremetev Palace - the Museum of Music on August 11-12. The holiday will be located in the territory of a unique estate of the 18th century in the very center of St. Petersburg, in the courtyard and in the concert hall of the Sheremetev Palace.

The marathon gathers the best ethno musicians from Russia (Buryatia, Bashkortostan, Karelia, other regions of the country), Kazakhstan and France. Participants of the festival will perform the traditional music of their regions in ethno-rock and ethno-electronic sound.

As reported by the "Cultural world of Bashkortostan" website, Argymak will perform at the Sheremetev Palace on August 11, and in the Fountain Garden on August 12. In 2017, the Republic of Bashkortostan was represented at the "Music of the World" festival by the Yatagan ethno group.
