National Symphony Orchestra presents "Summer Meetings" project in Ufa

UFA, 21 June 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. The National Symphony Orchestra of Bashkortostan after the end of the main season presents a "Summer Meetings" project.

On July 3, the orchestra will present a new program "Soundtrack. Reboot" in the State Concert Hall "Bashkortostan" within a cycle of concerts "Soundtrack".

The audience will see footages of films familiar to everybody - Star Wars, Indiana Jones, King Kong, Schindler's List and other films on the big screen.

"Soundtracks to films are close to me," the conductor and author of the program Kamil Abdullin says, "since 2011 I have been writing music to Russian films and television series. I have got professional composing skills at the Z. Ismagilov Ufa State Institute of Arts in the class of Salavat Salmanov, and in St. Petersburg was lucky to get into the studio of Maxim Koshevarov, to whom I am immensely grateful".
