"Heart of Eurasia" Festival in Ufa: five nights will gather about 700 musicians and more than 100 thousand spectators

UFA, 8 June 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. On June 8, a five-day holiday starts in Ufa - the International Festival of Arts "The Heart of Eurasia".

The organizers and participants of the event, which will be held in the Ufa Amphitheater, shared their thoughts and interesting ideas of the festival.

On June 8, the Symphonic Night with opera soloists and with the National Symphony Orchestra is prepared for the audience on the opening day of the festival. On June 9, a national costumes parade will smoothly turn into "UFA-KURAIFEST". On June 10 - the second Symphonic Night will be dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Z. Ismagilov Ufa State Institute of Arts. On June 11 – an Ethnic Night will gather ethnic bands from different countries and regions. On June 12 the festival will end with a gala concert. The program and composition of the festival participants were previously published by the Bashinform News Agency.

The scale and scope of the festival determine the number of musicians involved: five orchestras – of symphonic and folk instruments, two choirs, numerous groups, ensembles and soloists. About 700 participants will gather at the festival of arts.

The festival director noted that in the year before last, 118 thousand people visited the festival in five days, last year the number of spectators decreased because of rains: 95 thousand people visited it in four days. This year, the organizers plan to break records of past years and collect the maximum number of the public.

The stalls with 700 seats will be equipped for spectators in front of the stage, other people will be able to sit on the slopes of the amphitheater.

A live broadcast of concerts on the festival's website will be arranged for those who cannot come.
