Georgian band Mgzavrebi will be headliner at "Heart of Eurasia" festival

UFA, 30 May 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Rozaliya Valeeva/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/.The famous Georgian team Mgzavrebi will be a headliner of the second day of the "Heart of Eurasia" festival.

The musicians will perform their best compositions in the final of the"Ethnic Night" on June 9.

The Mgzavrebi band was formed in 2006 in Tbilisi. Popularity came to Mgzavrebi after a release of David Imedashvili's film "The City of Dreams", with its soundtrack. Currently, the group is considered one of the most popular in Georgia.

During its existence, the musicians collaborated with such world-famous performers as Placido Domingo, Buena Vista Social Club, Andrea Bocelli and Nino Katamadze. The group also performed with the TNMK musical collective, with which they recorded the song Qari Qris.

The band's musical style is a combination of traditional Georgian singing and modern sounding of national instruments, for example, panduri.

All concerts of the "Heart of Eurasia" festival will be held in the open air in the Ufa Amphitheater (the lower platform behind the "Congress Hall", Zaki Validi Str., 2), from June 8 to 12. The admission is free.
