Film crew from Ufa will travel over "Salavat’s Roads" through cities of Russia and Estonia

UFA, 22 May 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. A film expedition over the cities of Russia and Estonia "Salavat’s Roads" starts from Ufa. The project of the Union of Cinematographers of Bashkortostan received a federal grant from the Foundation for Presidential Grants.
The film expedition is a journey in the footsteps of the national hero of the Bashkir people Salavat Yulaev and his father Yulai Aznalin over the cities of Russia and Estonia. The way passes through the cities through which the heroes were taken to penal servitude for life in the Rogervik fortress.
In each of the cities screenings of films about Bashkortostan, feature and documentary films about Salavat Yulaev, exhibitions of photographs and national costumes, kurai players performances, as well as Bashkir filmmakers lectures will be held.
A documentary film about the trip will be produced at the same time. The creative staff: project manager Farit Gabitov, historical consultant, scientist Miras Idelbayev, director - Tansulpan Burakayeva, scriptwriter - Zukhra Burakayeva, composer - Ural Idelbaev, cameraman - Ilsur Ishayev, director - Gulnur Ilyasova and Gulfiya Sharipova, kurai player - Ruslan Mulyukov.

June 13-14 - Tartu and Tallinn (Estonia)
June 15-16 - Paldiski.
June 16 - a birthday of the national hero Salavat Yulaev will be celebrated in the place of his last retreat. The famous kurai player Robert Yuldashev will come to Paldiski especially for this event.
