Headliners of "Pink Panther" jazz festival are announced in Ufa

UFA, 19 February 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. The 22nd International Jazz Festival "Pink Panther" will be held in the capital of Bashkortostan on April 6-8. According to the press service of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan, musicians from all over the world will gather in Ufa, including the famous Russian jazzman Igor Butman.

On the first day of the festival, jazz-vocalist Lyudmila Swarovskaya, guitar player Nikita Boldyrev and Big Band of the Bashkortostan State Philharmonic Society will perform. The headliner of the day is the distinguished American jazz trumpeter John Marshall.

The headliners of the second day are eminent jazzmen from Italy Greta Panettiere (vocals) and Andrea Sammartino (pianoforte).

On the last day of the festival an enchanting performance of the most famous Russian jazzman - People's Artist of Russia Igor Butman - saxophonist, pianist, band leader, composer, producer, organizer of jazz festivals and owner of the Russian-American jazz label Butman Music.

The art director of the festival is the Honored Artist RB Oleg Kasimov.
