Premieres of one-act operas based on Pushkin's "Little Tragedies" to be staged in Ufa

UFA, 19 January 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. In Ufa, premieres of one-act operas on Pushkin's "Little Tragedies" are prepared. On February 10-11, the opera "Mozart and Salieri" by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov and "Feast during the Plague" by Caesar Cui will be presented to viewers at the Small Hall of the Bashkir Opera and Ballet Theater.

The musical director of the productions is the conductor, Honored Artist RB Marat Ahmet-Zaripov. The production director – the Honored Art Worker of the Republic of Bashkortostan Rustem Galeev creates an original ring composition that unites the performances into a single artistic workpiece.

The set designer - Eduard Gizatullin (Moscow), lighting designer - Anton Stikhin (Moscow), costume designer - Honored Worker of Culture of Bashkortostan Natalia Stepanova, choirmaster - Alexander Alexeev, choreographer - Honored Artist of Bashkortostan Rinat Abushahmanov.
