Bashkir writer-satirist Marsel Salimov presented his book in English in capital of Sweden

The homeland of Nobel, the capital of Sweden, Stockholm hosted the 6th International Book Forum and Literary Festival, the Open Eurasian Literature Festival & Book Forum (OEBF-2017), which was organized by the Eurasian Creative Guild (ETG) and the publishing house Hertfordshire Press (London).
About 300 writers, poets, journalists, artists, artists and scientists from 14 countries took part in the OEBF-2017. A satirist from Bashkortostan, a laureate of international literary prizes, and a holder of the honorary title "Golden Pen of Russia" Marsel Salimov was invited there as a finalist of the "Open Eurasia" competition. Within the framework of the festival in Stockholm, a presentation of his new book in English was held.
The fortieth book of the prominent Bashkir writer-satirist "The Book Which Has Never Been Written Before" was published in the ETG book series in London.
In 2017, 18 books by well-known Eurasian writers appeared in this series. They were placed not only at exhibitions and fairs, but also on the largest Internet site - Amazon, in online stores in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Sweden, the Netherlands, Denmark, Britain and the USA. They will also be supplied to the world's second book depository - the British Library.
Marsel Salimov was awarded a special prize "Breakthrough of the Year" for the new book. As the head of the Hertfordshire Press publishing house Marat Akhmedzhanov noted "the famous Bashkir writer made a real creative breakthrough with his original satire and humor".
During the four days of OEBF-2017, 14 events took place - creative meetings, round tables, master classes, art exhibitions and concerts.
At the creative meetings in the International Library of Sweden and the Public Library of the City of Stockholm, Marsel Salimov presented his books to the Scandinavian readers in the Bashkir, Russian, Tatar and English languages.
At the end of the festival in Stockholm, the 3rd Annual General Meeting of the Eurasian Creative Guild was held under the leadership of its first chairman David Parry and vice-chairman Marat Akhmedzhanov. According to the results of the vote, Laura Hamilton (Great Britain) was approved as the chairman of the guild.
