"Art Unites" Ufa Art Festival opened in capital of Bashkortostan

UFA, 23 November 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. The capital of Bashkortostan hosts the "Art Unites" Ufa Art Festival. Actors of the Russian Drama Theater in musical accompaniment by the Dutch ensemble "Hexagon" presented audience a fairy tale "The Scarlet Flower".

The Ministry of Culture RB received a letter from the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Russia, Mrs. Renee Jones-Bos, which says: "We appreciate the efforts that the Republic of Bashkortostan is making to strengthen cultural cooperation between our countries, and we support these projects for our part. I sincerely wish the festival success and fruitful development and I hope that it will give an additional impetus to the cultural ties between Russia and the Netherlands".

A delegation led by the director of the "Art Unites People" fund Albert Adams arrived from the Netherlands to Russia. He reminds that Ufa residents will have an extensive program including concerts of the "Hexagon" ensemble, Ms Darya van den Berken, soloists of the Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theater, National Symphony Orchestra of Bashkortostan, presentation of joint new musical and dramatic compositions on musical illustrations by G. Sviridov to A.S. Pushkin "The Snowstorm".
