Bashkortostan and Holland will hold Ufa Art Festival-2017: detailed program

UFA, 3 November 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. Ufa will host an international project of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Netherlands - Ufa Art Festival-2017 "Art Unites". According to the press service of the Ministry of Culture of Bashkortostan, from November 19 to December 1, concert programs, master classes, round tables, exhibitions with participation of the Dutch ensemble "Hexagon" are planned within its framework.

November 23 at 11.30 an opening of the Ufa Art Festival -2017 will take place at the Russian Drama Theater. The Russian Drama Theater of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Dutch ensemble "Hexagon" will present new musical and dramatic compositions to the audience.

November 23 and 25, a premiere of the "Scarlet Flower" performance accompanied by the ensemble "Hexagon" and the actors of the Russian Drama Theater will take place at 11.30.

November 24 at 19.00 and November 26 at 18.00, the "Snowstorm" theatrical performance will be premiered attended by Dutch musicians and actors of the Russian Drama Theater.

November 24 at 18.30 an exhibition of young artists-students of the Z. Ismagilov Ufa State Institute of Arts dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Bashkortostan and to the A.S. Pushkin’s novel "The Snowstorm" will be launched.

November 25 at 18.30 the exhibition of the Republican Art Gymnasium-Boarding School will be opened in the foyer of the H. Ahmetov Bashkir State Philharmonic Society. At 19.00 in the small hall of the State Concert Hall a concert of the Dutch ensemble "Hexagon" will take place.

November 26 at 12.00 the Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theater will host a joint concert "I Met You ..." by Dutch pianists with the theater's soloists.

November 27 Ufa State Institute of Arts and the G. Almuhametov’s Republican Gymnasium-Boarding School, November 28 the Institute for the Development of Education of RB will host master classes with participation of the laureate of international competitions, soloist Daria van den Berken.

November 28 a roundtable on "Gender Equality in Education and Art" will begin at 14:00 at the Institute for the Development of Education, which will be attended by Daria van den Berken, university students of the republic, representatives of cultural and educational institutions.

November 29 a cultural program for Dutch musicians is planned.

The Ufa Art Festival-2017 will be closed with a concert of the National Symphony Orchestra RB with participation of Daria van den Berken "Mozart and Elegance", which will be held at 19.00 at the State Concert Hall "Bashkortostan" on November 30.

This joint cultural and educational project is a continuation of the "Imagination. Meeting with Van Gogh" Bashkortostan-Holland project implemented in 2015 with participation of the "Hexagon" ensemble musicians. The project was supported by grants from the Head of Bashkortostan and the Dutch Foundation "Art Unites".
