M.V. Nesterov Bashkir Art Museum gives "beauty treatment" to oncology patients

UFA, 18 October 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. In Ufa, the M.V. Nesterov Bashkir State Art Museum joined the "beauty treatment" project. Specialists of the Department of Public Health of the Ufa Administration, the Republican Center for Medical Prevention and the City Polyclinic No. 44 organized an excursion for cancer patients and those suffering from diseases of the musculoskeletal system.

The "beauty treatment" project was created in Ufa as part of rehabilitation for cancer patients. It organizes visits to museums and theaters of the city. The goal of the project is to mobilize all the spiritual and physical resources of a person to fight the disease. In September, for patients, among which there are 80-year-olds, an exhibition was held in Ufa lemon green house. Next in the program is a visit to the Bashkir Academic Drama Theater named after Mazhit Gafuri.
