Bashkiria began to sign theatrical stars - Rustem Khamitov

Bashkortostan not only in sports, but also in theatrical business, began to sign stars, to attract them with good fees and opportunities to participate in interesting productions. This was announced by the Head of Bashkortostan at a meeting with the theatrical community.

According to Rustem Khamitov, the salaries at theaters are growing. This year, the average salary for the theaters of our republic is about 30 thousand rubles. A couple of years ago this figure was around 20 thousand rubles.

"Theater actors already earn quite well. Those who are on the leading positions can already compete in fees with the well-known theaters, which are located in nearby subjects of the Russian Federation. I have an average figure for actors - 37 thousand rubles, while in the Republic of Bashkortostan the average salary is 26.5 thousand rubles. We managed to change this situation literally in the last two or three years", Rustem Khamitov said.
