All-Russian Anime and Cosplay Festival Animau accepts applications in Ufa

UFA, 27 June 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. Ufa will host the All-Russia Festival of Anime and Cosplay Animau-2017. The event is scheduled for August 19-20.

The contestants will put on costumes of famous characters and will compete in the vocal and dance contests, stand competition. Organizers address to all comers, who have a costume or a desire to make it. Applications are accepted from July 1 to August 3, inclusive.

The event will feature invited videoblogers, the audience will be able to hear lectures on the history of cosplay. Competitions and performances will continue for two days, the organizers specified. Information about the festival is available on the website of the event.

Cosplay – means dressing in the costumes of famous characters and making such costumes. The word "cosplay" is a contraction of the words costume play.
