Bashkir satellite TV programs will be broadcast in China

UFA, 20 June 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. The Bashkir satellite TV (BST) programs will be broadcast in China. The corresponding agreement between the "Bashkortostan" media holding and the Anhui TV company was signed in China. This is the first document of this format in the history of the Russian-Chinese relations. The parties will exchange the video footage to show in the prime-air broadcasts. The Chinese viewers are particularly interested in the broadcasts about the tourist and economic potential of Bashkortostan, as well as about the way of life and culture of the inhabitants of our republic. Such cooperation will strengthen the inter-state partnership.

"This is a very significant story. The BST became the first regional television channel in Russia, which at such a high level concluded such a serious, fundamental, comprehensive agreement with the Chinese television company," commented on Rustam Zarafutdinov, the director of the State Unitary Enterprise "Bashkortostan" TV and Radio Company.
