House of National Literatures will be established in Moscow by instruction of Vladimir Putin

UFA, 18 January 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. In Moscow, a House of National Literatures will be established by instruction of Vladimir Putin. According to "Rossiyskaya Gazeta", it will be the located at Maxim Gorky Institute of Literature. The issue should be worked out by March 31, 2017, the Prime Minister of the Russian Government Dmitry Medvedev and Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin are in charge of it.

It is assumed that the supervisory board of the House of National Literatures on his own initiative will be headed by Timerbulat Karimov, the grandson of the national poet of Bashkortostan Mustai Karim.

The list of the Presidential instructions was approved on the results of the meeting of the Council for Culture and Arts and the Russian Language Council, which was held in the Russian capital on December 2 last year. The Government was instructed to preserve the level of budgetary financing of higher education institutions in the field of culture and art, which was achieved in 2016.

The Ministry of Culture with participation of public associations should discuss the organization of state protection and preservation of cultural heritage objects of Russia's peoples, control and supervision in the sphere of cultural heritage protection. Following the discussion, proposals will be made to the Cabinet on improvement of legislation and law enforcement practice.

The Kremlin administration, together with the Government RB by April 15 should present proposals for the preparation and holding the celebration of the Dostoevsky's 200th birthday anniversary in 2021.
