Faizi Gaskarov Folk Dance Ensemble plans to perform in Moscow

UFA, 30 December 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. The Faizi Gaskarov’s State Academic Ensemble of Folk Dance plans to perform in Moscow. The concert will take place at the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall on February 16. 80 artists will depart to Moscow - 30 pairs of dancers and the orchestra.

In Moscow the "Community of Nations of the World" program will be presented including the best performances of the collective. According to the art director of the ensemble Filyuz Kazakbaev the new Kyrgyz, Kazakh, Chinese, Mari dances will be shown. The Russian premiere of new Bashkir dances - "Tarkhany", "Seven Kins" will be held. All dances will be performed with live accompaniment.

The artists will honour the memory of those killed in a plane crash over the Black Sea. The "Soldier Dance" will be dedicated to the memory of the Alexandrov Ensemble artists, which has close creative and friendly ties with Gaskarov’s Ensemble.

Concerts in the Republic of Tatarstan - Kazan and Aznakaevo will also be held as part of the tour. As noted by the ensemble representatives, almost all tickets for the three concerts were already sold out in November.
