Bashkortostan will host international honey ethnic festival

UFA, 23 August 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. On September 10, the Starosubkhangulovo village of Burzyan region will host an international ethnic festival - "Burzian Honey - Bashkir Glory".

The program of the ethnic festival includes exhibition and sale of honey and bee products, fair of agricultural products of local producers, master classes of local craftsmen, entertainments, sports and a concert.

The festival is held for the purpose of development of beekeeping and preservation of Burzyan population of the Central Russian breed of bees, promotion of agro-tourism and beekeeping.
