Weather did not prevent Symphony Night audience from enjoying music in Ufa amphitheatre

UFA, 24 June 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. Yesterday in Ufa amphitheatre the first of the summer open-air Symphony Nights took place. The National Symphony Orchestra under the baton of the chief conductor Raushan Yakupov and conductor Kamil Abdullin played in the first part of the open air concert. The guests of honour of the Symphony Night became members of the Coordination Council of the Russian Federation for Culture, which was held in Ufa today.
The concert program consisted of several sections dedicated to anniversaries - the 100th anniversary of Zagir Ismagilov, the 125th anniversary of Sergei Prokofiev, the Year of the Russian Cinema and popular classics. The well-known soloists - kurai player Robert Yuldashev, clarinetist Arthur Naziullin, singer Dilara Idrisova performed with the orchestra. The concert was broadcast on two big screens, from which the audience could see the close-up of musicians.
When the symphony orchestra was already completing its two-hour program, a light rain made some adjustments to the program of the concert. Young artists of the Faizi Gaskarov Children's Ensemble Studio went down from the slippery scene and danced on the pavement directly in front of the audience performing the Russian dance "Kalinka" and "Bashkir Souvenir". The evening program was continued by young singers – Masha Mirova and Artem Bitkulov. The Variety and Jazz Orchestra under the baton of Oleg Kasimov, quartet of kurai players of the Philharmonic Society, vocal ensemble "Premier", soloists of the Philharmonic Society and folk bands of the republic also gave performances. Wet grass or warning of squally winds and possible thunderstorms did not prevent Ufa residents from enjoying a long-awaited concert.
The next open air concert in the Ufa amphitheatre is planned on July 7.
