Famous "Orlan" ensemble studio will perform concerts in Europe and USA

UFA, 20 June 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/. The famous "Orlan" ensemble studio of Oleg Kireev is ready for a big world tour. The concerts will be held in Russia, Europe and the United States, according to the Ministry of Culture RB.

The musicians will show the "Bashkir Caravan" program in the country and abroad, which received a grant of the Head of the Region. Nearest major performance will be held in Serbia on August 12, at the Nisville International Jazz Festival (Nis). After this the ethno-ensemble will give a concert at Sverdlovsk State Academic Philharmonic Hall in Yekaterinburg on September 16. The third point of the tour will be Spain. Musicians will perform at the "Womex-2016" exhibition festival in the city of Santiago de Compostela. On November 3, the concert of "Orlan" ensemble will be held in Minsk. Also Belarusians will be able to see the performance of the Bashkir musicians in the city of Vitebsk, on November 4. The world tour will continue on November 11 with a concert on Broadway, in the «Symphony Space» Hall (New York, the USA). On November 30 it is scheduled to play at the Moscow International House of Music. The end point of the big tour will be the city of St. Petersburg. The Concert of "Orlan" band will take place at the Museum of Modern Art "Erarta" on December 2.

The collective of the ensemble musicians includes Oleg Kireev (saxophone, vocals), Rustem Galiullin (trumpet), Oleg Yangurov (bass guitar), Sergey Ostroumov (drums), Rustem Karimov (percussion), Ruslan Vorotnikov (keyboards).
