Architectural competition for "World Folkloriad 2020" best street scene design is announced in Bashkortostan

UFA, 18 May 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. In Bashkortostan an open architectural competition for the best planning and three-dimensional solution of the street scene design for the "World Folkloriad 2020" is announced.

"The aim of the competition is to select the best planning and three-dimensional solutions for street scene design of the "World Folkloriad 2020". The large-scale festival will be held in all regions of Bashkortostan. Consequently, all municipalities of the republic must have appropriate scenes,” said the Deputy General Director of Folk Republican Centre Vladislav Mansurov. “It is necessary to develop unified and modern scenes for their subsequent transfer to municipalities".

Design companies, architectural studios, certified architects, engineers and designers, as well as students of architectural departments are invited to participate. The winner is paid the prize in the amount of 50 thousand rubles.
