Film Lovers Festival brought together representatives of different nations in Bashkiria

UFA, 28 April 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Arina Rakhimkulova/. In Bashkortostan, a gala concert of amateur performances of the "Cinema, Spring, Inspiration ..." Festival took place. The creative project dedicated to the Year of the Russian Cinema brought together more than 300 amateur artists. It was attended by representatives of different nations, who demonstrated their folk culture. The venue of the event was the Arkhangelsk region of our republic.

According to the Chairman of the Assembly of Peoples of Bashkortostan Zugura Rakhmatullina, who delivered a speech at the opening of the festival, the original programs and the love for cinematography united people of different nationalities, occupations and age. The festival showed that local residents had talents in vocal, choreography, public speaking, theatre and performing arts. The audience was presented poems about films, songs from domestic films, vivid scenes from famous films and dances. Musical compositions were performed in the Russian, Bashkir and Tatar languages.

"Good, beautiful films, their songs, music and stories became a leitmotif of this unique cultural project. Domestic films of past years teach us friendship and mutual understanding, love for family and homeland. They are adored by both adults and young people, and many of the phrases, aphorisms of these films "went viral". We are waiting new movies from the Year of the Cinema aimed at promoting patriotism, citizenship and spirituality. We hope that our children and grandchildren will also sing good and beautiful songs from favourite movies as we do it today", said Zugura Rakhmatullina.
