Presentation of the Bashkir "Etegan" film will take place in Los Angeles

UFA, 20 April 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. A presentation of the Bashkir musical film "Etegen" will take place in Los Angeles (USA). The event will be held in the evening of May 1 in Culver City. Bashkirs and Tatars living in America, as well as representatives of the film industry of the city will gather in the Veterans Memorial. The organizer of the event is Aigul Gimranova Lion, previously worked at Bashkortostan TV and Radio Company, and now living with her family in the United States.

After the screening of the film a lively discussion will be organized. The presentation will be attended by one of the actresses of the film, popular in Bashkortostan pop singer Liana Khabibulina, who lives in Las Vegas now.

The Bashkir-Tatar evening will also present a new project by Riyaz Iskhakov, dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the great Tatar poet Gabdulla Tukai. The director’s idea of the future film includes fabulous poems "Shurale" and "Su Anasy" and several others. Riyaz Iskhakov will be ready to answer questions about the film, which will be shot in Ufa, Moscow and Kazan.
