Animation Festival in Suzdal opened with Bashkir film director

UFA, 18 March 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. The 21st Russian Festival of Animated Films in Suzdal was opened with a film by Bashkir director. The new film by Anna Malginova "Heart. Tambourine. Aircraft" was shown. The Ufa creative team worked under the film: author of the idea, script writer and director - Anna Malginova, art director - Aigul Bayramgulova, composer - Vladislav Savateev, film editor - Alexander Snadin, artists-animators – Maria Russkih, Alphiya Nizamova.

As the press-secretary of the Union of Cinematographers Zuhra Burakaeva informs, this is the second work by Anna Malginova, although she is not a newcomer in the animation. She is the author of the idea and concept of the popular animated series "Smeshariki", has worked in this project for about five years. Her debut work as a director was also a success "Vazhnee Ne Byvaet" created at the Moscow studio "Master-Film". The film was awarded the diploma of I degree at the 15th International Film Festival "Fairy Tale", it participated in Russian and international festivals, including the 23rd Festival of Russian Cinema "Window to Europe", the 19th International Festival "Cinema - to Children", the 19th Festival of Animated Films in Suzdal, International Children's Festival "Alye Parusa", it was included in the competition program of the Moscow International Festival.

The Ufa residents will be able to get acquainted with Anna Malginova’s films in the "Rodina" cinema as part of the Bashkir Animation Festival on April 8. Beginning is at 17.00.
