Ufa residents will see a steampunk show with robots
UFA, 11 March 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. On March 12 and 13, Ufa residents will see the "Robot Tales of a Real Man" performance at the "Music Hall-27" music restaurant. The story, played out by puppets and live actors, will be shown by representatives of two Moscow theatres.
The joint project "Practice" and "Trickster" theatres is based on the text by Stanislaw Lem, one of the most philosophic science fiction writers of the world literature. The directors and art directors of the play are directors and actors of the puppet theatre, "Golden Mask" winners Maria Litvinova and Vyacheslav Ignatov.
"Science fiction is almost not staged in the modern theatre. We have created a steampunk story. This is an alternative reality, which represents a development of our world from a steam boiler, the combination of Victorian England and the technology process. Iron robots on the gear wheels, brass, copper, rivets. After the performance, viewers can stay and see all the robots", said Vyacheslav Ignatov.
On March 13, at 12.00 from Moscow actors will hold a master class in shadow play show for children from six years. Together with the young participants a new shadow play will be created during one and a half hour.
