Opera and Ballet Theatre invites to "Arkaim" ballet in Ufa

UFA, 10 February 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. On February 18, the Bashkir Opera and Ballet Theatre invites Ufa residents at the "Arkaim" ballet by the famous Bashkir composer Leila Ismagilova. The bright work of national repertoire occupies a permanent place in the playbill. A philosophical parable about the sacred Arkaim where mysteries of history, art and secret emotions of human soul intertwined is at heart of the plot.

Music is filled with stylized oriental folklore tunes, performed also by national instruments - kurai and kubyz. The choreography of the performance is a fusion of modern and classical dance, director - Andrey Petrov (Moscow).

The consultant in creating the ballet was a great scientist, historian and archaeologist, doctor of historical sciences, professor, corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences RB Niyaz Mazhitov, who was paid last tribute to by our republic in autumn.
