Bashkir Beauty will be chosen among students of St. Petersburg

UFA, 4 February 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. On March 12, in St. Petersburg, a beauty contest among students of high schools - natives of Bashkortostan will be held. The contest is organized by the Association of students and graduate students of the republic in Moscow and St. Petersburg, "Homai" theatre-fashion show and "Peter Buylary" national-cultural centre.

As the curator of the event Ilnara Utyasheva inform, seven participants reached the finals, where, in addition to a fashion show, they will demonstrate knowledge of literary Bashkir language and national traditions.

"It is intellectual challenge that participants wait with the greatest anxiety. Such events contribute to the preservation of ethnic traditions in a big city, unite compatriots and demonstrate to St. Petersburg residents the cultural heritage of our people", stressed Ilnara Utyasheva, who last year became the winner of the Ufa contest of Bashkir beauties.
